The result of performance assessment is the starting point for generate a plan of personal and professional development for managers, which expresses the powers which the appraisee has a job that is not satisfactory to implement appropriate actions to correct the situation, should be seen as an element for reflection. Performance evaluation of the director will show how it is perceived by the school community, which will help meet critical to reaffirm their achievements and recognize their difficulties in learning from them, drive more conscious of their work, understanding what you know and what we need to know according to their needs.
