academic and professional training of school administrators is essential for them to carry out career goal, but more significant is the possibility that this training goes beyond the employment context and work with social responsibility means provide quality education.
The general problem which we set for this research is based on the lack of management training in people who are responsible for leading private educational institutions in Mexico. Thus, the question arises: how to train managers of private educational institutions of basic and upper secondary education in Mexico?
This research aims to cover two fundamental aspects: first, support the need for training managers with Mexican educational institutions to perform their work efficiently and other, designing a training program under the paradigm of a model organizational humanist and considers two key areas, administrative and educational. We want this program to have a solid foundation for the professional field, but focused on the development of competent managers in their real context.
