coordinator training and updating teachers of the Jalisco Secretariat of Education (SEJ), Jorge Montoya Orozco, today inaugurated the work of framing the Second Biennial Conference entitled "The Supervisor, Agent of Change Education, "aimed at industry leaders and supervisors of Jalisco, that is made on 11 and 12 November in the premises of the Professional Development Center (CEDEP).
This second conference will be inscribed in the framework of the professionalization process of the body of general supervisors and area supervisors sector, in order to provide these officials new tools to contribute, from its role in improving schools continued while raising the level of educational achievement of students.
for this meeting have been organized five workshops which will address pedagogical issues, organizational, administrative, social participation and research evaluation and educational innovation, seen from the approach to supervision.
In his speech, Montoya Orozco said that with these meetings, which are looking to improve the learning of science, the construction of an education in values \u200b\u200band the sum of major efforts to an orderly administration and effective educational system to support school and classroom.
For its part, the technical secretary of the State Council of Technical Education (CETE) of the SEJ, Teodomiro Pelayo Gómez, noted that, to date, 471 supervisors course or courses the Certificate I, 223 attending the Diploma II in four of the top universities in Jalisco, as well as 114 additional course study at the Institute for Research and Teaching to the Magisterium, with the support of consultants from the University of Alcalá, Spain.
also said that there are clear signs that the supervisors have contributed to the field of education and daily practices are noticed the contributions, since the training structure is confident and has high expectations in its oversight body, hence the need to be at the level of current demands.
